The Lillooet building consists of 254 suites and forms part of Strata Corporation VR 437. The companion Pemberton building is also part of the Corporation. Constructed in 1973, this building has 20 floors with 3 two bedroom, 8 one bedroom and 2 studio or bachelor units per floor.  Situated on the northern perimeter of the site, the building is oriented for an east and west exposure. The 3 two bedroom plans are all located on the West Side of the building and range in size from 932 to 1002 square feet. All two-bedroom suites have a two piece ensuite bath in addition to the 4 piece main bath. The entire East Side of the building is made up of one-bedroom suites ranging in size from 641 to 712 square feet. A unique feature of this building is that two of the one bedroom units are corner suites. Two of the large one bedroom suites are found on the West Side with sizes ranging from 699 to 709 square feet. The 2 studio or bachelor plans are found on the north and south ends of the building and range in size from 531 to 534 square feet. Views on the West Side are private and treed until the higher floors where spectacular West Vancouver, Stanley Park and English Bay views are commonplace. East views are a combination of gardens, other buildings in the complex and with higher floor height, mountains and North Vancouver views. This building has completely replaced the hot and cold water plumbing system in 2002. In 2004, the building exterior was repainted and windows re-caulked. The lobby was renovated and the underground parking repainted in 2005 as part of the upgrade package. In 2006, the common areas of the building were upgraded including new carpets, paint, suites doors and door hardware. The interiors of all three elevators and some electronic components were installed by Fujitec Canada Inc. in 2009. In 2017, the owners approved the replacement of the Elevator machines of all three elevators as recommended by Gunn Consultants. The new roof replacement project approved in 2009 was also completed in June 2010. In 2017 the roof over the swimming pool was replaced. The swimming pool and hot tub were modernized, updated and re-opened in 2024. Indoor cats are allowed in the Lillooet building. The Lillooet building is currently working with the other Woodcroft buildings on the underground parkade membrane replacement. Percentage of rental suites for VR437, (both the Pemberton and Lillooet buildings), is 57% as of November 2020. There is no restriction on rentals. All two bedroom suites allow four residents, two residents are allowed in one bedrooms and studio suites. This building allows one indoor cat. The Lillooet building shares recreation facilities with the Pemberton building.
